For all crafting related to Dragon Fairies, the relevant NPC is Drakara in Dragonveil (A8 Map). She can be found at the 10 o'clock position on the map.
Dragon Fairy is the next upgrade for your Goddess Fairies that possess both the stats of the two Goddess Fairies, Goddess Ancelloan and Fernon!
Fairy stats are boosted for both PvE and PvP, and the maximum Fairy level is instantly set to 100%!
A Dragon Fairy is also a pre-requisite for you to be able to upgrade your fairy further as a Steam Drone!
