Act 8 - Raiding Quests
Dragonveil Raiding Quests
There's a total of 3 Daily and 3 Weekly Raiding quests, that you can accept from Draconian Elite Soldier and Draconian Warrior Princess NPCs in Dragonveil:
Each Daily Raiding Quest requires you to complete the specified raid 5 times in order to receive the daily rewards:
A Volcano Rises (Daily) - Successfully complete the raid [Weak Asgobas] [5 times].
Avenge the Dragonrider (Daily) - Successfully complete the raid [Zombie Dragon Valehir] [5 times].
Shining Blue Eyes (Daily) - Successfully complete the raid [Ice Dragon Alzanor] [5 times].
Each Weekly Raiding Quest requires you to bring 30 pcs. of the Dragon's Horns in order to receive the weekly rewards:

How do I obtain seals?
By completing your Daily/Weekly A8 Hunting Quests, You are also rewarded with 3 / 9 pcs. of Raid seal depending on which Daily / Weekly Quest you have completed.
