Ingame Rules

General Information

With creating an account on our website, you acknowledge that we can delete or change the account at any time without having to give a reason.

We reserve us the rights to modify the rules at any time. Hiding your real IP address in any way, is strictly forbidden. Staff always makes the last call. Their call doesn't have to follow the guidelines.

§1 General Behaviour

  • 1-1 You are not allowed to harass other people [Following someone and try to interrupt their gameplay (griefing)].

  • 1-2 You are not allowed to leak someones private information.

  • 1-3 Trashtalk / a little bit of banter is allowed! [overdoing it will result in a punishment].

  • 1-4 Treat everyone with respect.

§2 Chat Rules

  • 2-1 You are not allowed to write the same message multiple times.(Spam in general & speaker chat).

  • 2-2 You are not allowed to insult or disrespect others.

  • 2-3 You are not allowed to pretend to be someone you are not.

  • 2-4 ONLY English is allowed in global(E.g.Speaker,Arena etc) & general chat.

  • 2-5 You are not allowed to send links in chat or speaker.

  • 2-6 You are not allowed to use any form of sexism, racism or homophobia.

  • 2-7 You are not allowed to advertise any other server.

§3 Communication with the staff

  • 3-1 You are not allowed to ask for gold, any kind of item or boost.

  • 3-2 If a staff member contacts you, you have to reply. That of course only means if the character that got contacted is currently in the act of playing the game.

  • 3-3 You are not allowed to insult our staff members.

§4 Character & Family names

  • 4-1 You are not allowed to fake the identity of any staff member.

  • 4-2 You are not allowed to use insulting, sexual, obscene or racist names.

§5 Map & Mob behaviour

  • 5-1 You are not allowed to claim a map as yours.

  • 5-2 You are not allowed to interupt someone's gameplay. That will be counted as griefing! That means: If you see someone luring, don't interrupt them by for example

    • hitting his monsters [§4-3]

    • walking with your own lure into him to try to enable §4-3

    • following him and try to steal his monsters /aggro -provoking

  • 5-3 You are not allowed to attack or steal monsters other players have already lured or attacked.

§6 Bugs & Glitches

  • 6-1 You are not allowed to abuse any bugs or glitches.

  • 6-2 You are not allowed to publish any information about bugs or glitches.

  • 6-3 You must report any bugs or glitches to the staff.

  • 6-4 You are not allowed to keep items that got generated out of a bug / exploit.

  • 6-5 You must report any kind of suspicious trade (example: 1g Shining Blue Souls on NosBazaar) as these might be cheated items.

§7 Hacks & Bots

  • 7-1 You are not allowed to use any hack/bot that gives you an advantage.

  • 7-2 Macros, 3rd party programs & unauthorized applications are not allowed.

  • 7-3 As soon as a program allows you to play the game without physically playing it, it's considered as botting.

§8 Account Sharing

  • 8-1 We highly recommend to NOT share your accounts with others.

  • 8-2 You lose all support privileges for the shared accounts. (appeals,reports,tickets etc.)

  • 8-3 In case of an IP ban, your accounts may get banned too because your IPs are linked.

  • 8-4 In case of a rulebreak, the account will get banned. Not the person behind it.

§9 Account Usage

  • 9-1 You are not allowed to have more than 2 accounts in the same raid.(2 accounts in 1 raid, 2 accounts in another raid is not allowed).

  • 9-2 Accounts are counted with the IP using it. Not the player.

  • 9-3 It's not allowed to use third-party-programs or a phone connection to get another IP address.

§10 Scamming

§11 Cross Trading:

This rule also applies to New Dawn / Main server!

  • 11-1 You are not allowed to trade ingame objects for something else than ingame objects.

  • 11-2 You are not allowed to trade ingame objects for other ingame objects from different servers.

  • 11-3 You are not allowed to trade ingame objects for something else from different websites.

§12 Charge back in the NosByte Shop

  • 12-1 In case of a chargeback, your account will get banned until the case got cleared.

  • 12-2 This includes your paypal account getting suspended, or paypal re-requesting the money because of insufficient balance.

§13 Advertisment

  • 13-1 You are not allowed to advertise other NosTale servers.

  • 13-2 You are allowed to advertise your twitch stream / youtube channel.

  • 13-3 Talking about other games is not considered as advertisment.

§14 Rainbow Battle

  • 14-1 You are not allowed to register with more than one account

  • 14-2 You are not allowed to intentionally throw the game (AFK , griefing, etc.)

  • 14-2.1 HOWEVER if your whole team agrees on surrendering, you are not allowed to go afk (atleast 5 minutes playtime), you can use $ff in order to initiate surrender voting.

  • 14-3 You are not allowed to register just for the rewards. Registering with characters without PvP equipment and upgraded specialist cards may be also counted as griefing. Every case will be reviewed separately and non-compliance with this rule may result in a punishment.

§15 Arena of Talent

  • 15-1 You are not allowed to intentionally throw the game (AFK , griefing, etc.)

  • 15-2 You are not allowed to register with more than one account at the same time.

  • 15-3 You are not allowed to register just for the rewards. Registering with characters without PvP equipment and upgraded specialist cards may be also counted as griefing. Every case will be reviewed separately and non-compliance with this rule may result in a punishment.

§16 Discord

  • 16-1 Your Discord actions can affect your ingame account

§17 Commend-Abuse

  • 17-1 You are not allowed to abuse the commend feature by creating multiple accounts in order to raise your points in the popularity list.
