All Dailies and Weeklies provides Champion Experience Points which helps you progress faster with your Champion Levels.
There's a total of 3 Daily and 3 Weekly Hunting quests, that you can accept from Mullang in Undercity:
Each Daily Hunting Quest requires you to defeat a specified amount of monsters in order to receive the daily rewards:
Robotic Laboratory (Daily) - Upper Laboratory Rift
Infested Power Plant (Daily) - Southern Basement Path Rift
Undercity's Basement Exterminator (Daily) - Power Plant 1 Rift
Similar to Daily, each Weekly Hunting Quest requires you to defeat a higher amount of monsters specified from the quest in order to receive the weekly rewards:

Infested Power Plant (Weekly) - Southern Basement Path Rift
