Crafting
Fairies can be crafted at Undercity Fairy Specialist:
Crafting of each fairy involves:
Dragon fairy - Craftable in Dragonveil,
Fairy's Essence - Obtainable through crafting in cylloan, from RBB, AOT, A4 raids boxes,
Fairy Scale Essence - Obtainable on Land of Life (A8) or Asgobas IC,
Powerful Time-Space shard - Obtainable through exchange on Mech Mayhem
Upgrading
A9 fairies can be upgraded at Undercity Fairy Specialist NPC to obtain special bonuses.
NOTE: Only A9 fairies can be upgraded.
Few special materials are necessary for fairy upgrading:
Mystic Power Crystal - Used on all stages of upgrading. Can be obtained through exchange at Mech Mayhem.
Time-Space Shard - Used on upgrade from 0 to 6. Can be obtained through exchange at Mech Mayhem.
Powerful Time-Space Shard - Used on upgrade from 7 to 9. Can be obtained through exchange at Mech Mayhem.
Fairy enchantment
Fairy enchantment allows you to change options on your fairy to different ones.
The window will show which enchantments will be changed and to what.
For that you will need following items:
Mystic Powe Crystal - Obtainable through exchange at Mech Mayhem,
Fairy Converter - Obtainable through exchange at Mech Mayhem.

There are few useful items that can help you with bringing your fairy to perfection:
How do I do it?
Did you get lost in all this? No worries. This is a step by step guide how to make your fairies as suitable as possible.
First step: Upgrading.
The first thing that you'll have to do with your fairy is upgrading.
On each stage of upgrading, you will receive 1 random option (from the table below) with a random option level (S-C) and random value (min-max for given option) to a total of: 2x S, 2x A, 2x B, 3x C.
There are few useful items for upgrading, such as (Look useful items for details):
Fairy Reset Hammer - Can remove all upgrades (Including all options), bascially wipe.
Golden Tool - Can fix your fairy, since it can get overcharged while upgrading without scroll (something like fixed level/destroyed rune)
Fairy Upgrade Scroll - Prevents your fairy from getting overcharged,
Mayhem Fairy Upgrade Scroll - Does exactly the same thing as Fairy upgrade, but can also save your mats and increases chance of upgrade.
Fairy Restoration Set - Works pretty much as rune solvent. Can reduce your fairy upgrade by 1, which allows you to upgrade it once more to get the correct option.
Second step: Enchanting
Fairy enchanting is a process of changing your options level and values, while keeping the options itself.
In short words, let's say you have 3% dmg to monsters on C. With that, you can make it to be 14% on S.
Of course, the "SSAABBCCC" rule still applies, so you can't have all options on S.
There is one useful item for enchanting (Look useful items for details):
Fairy effect lock - Allows you to lock one value, that you don't want to be changed.

FAQ
Q: Does upgrades on one fairy carry on to another?
A: No, each fairy has to be done seperately.
Q: What stats should i have /aim for?
A: That depends heavily on your playstyle. If you're purerly PvE player, then stats like HP, % dmg in pvp won't work for you. And on the other hand, if you're PvP player, then there's no point of having % dmg to monsters.
Q: Is it possible to get all max values of given option?
A: In theory yes. In practice, the same way as it's possible to have 70% PvE weapon with 220 base and SL 19. Depends heavily on your luck.
Q: How can i obtain... where can i get...
A: All thing necessary for fairies can be found both in coin collector (Undercity) or Mayhem Exchange Shop (Undercity)
Q: Can i upgrade any fairy or just A9 ones?
A: Only steam drones (A9 fairies) can be upgraded.
